With a simple monthly fee, you get a trusted partner who knows your people, your culture, and your challenges. Someone who’s always there when questions pop up, when processes need to be set, or when conflicts have to be resolved. Over time, we don’t just solve problems - we grow with you, building trust and supporting your long-term success.

Project Based


Sometimes you don’t need ongoing HR support - you need a focused partner to deliver results on a specific challenge. That’s where our Project Model comes in.


  • When your company needs HR support for a defined period or for a particular challenge.
  • When you want concrete results (e.g., implementing a performance evaluation system, running large-scale recruitment, organizing training, or conducting an HR audit).
  • When you don’t need ongoing HR services, but rather a specialized project solution.






        • HR Audit and Compliance → reviewing contracts, policies, and procedures with a full report and recommendations.

        • Recruitment & Selection → managing hiring processes within a set timeframe.


        • Onboarding & Offboarding Programs → designing and implementing complete procedures and running the process.


        • HR Strategy & Culture Building → defining values, competencies, and internal communication channels.

Hybrid model


The Hybrid Model is designed for companies that want the continuity of ongoing HR support but also need the flexibility to scale services when new challenges arise.

It’s ideal for businesses that are growing or going through transitions - such as team expansion, acquisitions, or organizational restructuring.


The Hybrid Model gives you the best of both worlds: stability in your HR foundation and the flexibility to expand when you need it most.




    How it works:


  • You sign a retainer agreement that covers your chosen level of ongoing HR support (Start, Grow, or Lead).


  • This package typically includes consultations, contracts, HR policies, monthly check-ins, compliance, and leadership coaching. 


  • When a special need arises - such as a large recruitment project, HR audit, training program, or employer branding initiative - it's added as a project-based service, but at a preferred rate since you're already a retainer client.
